1. Product Compliance & Legal Responsibility

All items sold, from tactical gear to trigger upgrades like the Fostech Echo trigger or Franklin Armory binary trigger, are sold as components. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any assembly, modification, or use of these products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This includes understanding the current ATF trigger ruling status for devices such as a forced reset trigger or Rare Breed Triggers. We do not provide legal advice. Questions regarding the legality of a machine gun conversion, drop in auto sear (DIAS), auto sear, or Glock auto switch must be directed to appropriate legal counsel or law enforcement.

2. Ordering, Payment, & FFL Transfers

All firearm purchases require a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer to a licensed dealer in your state. You must provide your local FFL’s contact information upon checkout. We will not ship firearms directly to individuals. Payment for all items, including tactical trigger upgrades and high-speed triggers, is required in full before order processing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping, Handling, & In-Store Pickup

Shipping times are estimates. Firearms and certain regulated components are shipped via approved carriers only. For residents near Valparaiso, IN, selecting ‘in-store pickup’ at Blythesportsshop streamlines the process. You must present valid government-issued photo ID for all pickups. Ammunition and firearms cannot be shipped to the same address in certain jurisdictions.

4. Returns, Warranty, & Liability

Due to the nature of our industry, all sales of firearms, ammunition, and installed electronic or mechanical components (including any rapid fire trigger system) are final. Returns are only accepted for unopened, non-regulated accessories within 14 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective products from manufacturers are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty; we will facilitate the warranty claim process. Blythesportsshop is not liable for any damages, injuries, or legal consequences arising from the misuse, modification, or illegal installation of any product sold.

5. Age & Eligibility Verification

You certify that you are of legal age (18 for long guns/accessories, 21 for handguns) to purchase the items in your cart. By ordering, you authorize Blythesportsshop to conduct any necessary background checks via your selected FFL. Lying about eligibility is a federal crime.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

Images are representative. An order confirmation is not a guarantee of availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for out-of-stock or incorrectly priced items.
