Shipping Methods & Transit Times

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided automatically. We do not offer expedited shipping surcharges; instead, we focus on rapid processing to get your package en route the same or next business day.

• Standard Shipping (Continental US): 3-5 business days after processing. Most orders for items like a Glock 19 switch or AR-15 forced reset trigger are processed within 24 hours.
• Local Pickup (Oklahoma): Available by appointment only. You will be contacted to schedule pickup after your order is verified and prepared.

Order Processing & Verification

As a licensed tactical gun shop, every transaction requires compliance verification. This is not a delay but a necessary step for your protection and ours.

1. Order Received: You get an immediate confirmation email.
2. Compliance Check: Our team verifies shipping address and order details. For items with specific legal considerations, such as an FRT trigger legal status check, this step ensures all transactions are lawful.
3. Payment Capture & Packaging: Payment is captured only after verification. Your auto sear for Glock or Glock performance trigger is then securely packaged with all necessary components and documentation.
4. Shipment: You receive a tracking number the moment your label is printed.

This process typically completes within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes

Shipping firearms components requires strict adherence to federal and state laws.

• Destination Restrictions: We cannot ship certain items, including binary triggers or forced reset triggers, to states or jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws before purchasing. Our checkout system includes automated restrictions, but final compliance rests with the purchaser.
• Signature Required: All orders over $500 value require an adult signature upon delivery. This secures your investment in the best binary trigger or other high-value gear.
• Address Accuracy: We ship only to the verified billing address or a verified alternate shipping address on file with your payment method. PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments only. Incorrect addresses cause significant delays and may incur re-shipping fees.
• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. All sales are within the United States to jurisdictions where the products are legal.

Order Tracking & Support

Your tracking link is active within 24 hours of shipment. While in transit, the carrier is responsible for delivery timelines. If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact your local carrier office and file a claim immediately. We provide all necessary documentation to support carrier claims.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the exterior box shows significant damage, note this with the carrier upon delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will initiate a replacement or return.
