Our shipping process is built for the firearms community, prioritizing discretion, speed, and reliable tracking from our Valparaiso warehouse to your door.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders for in-stock items like drop-in trigger kits, Glock connectors, and AR-15 flat triggers are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary by service and destination.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for domestic orders. These carriers provide a balance of cost-effectiveness, reliable tracking, and delivery consistency for packages containing aftermarket Glock triggers and AR-15 triggers.

USPS Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 business days transit time.
UPS Ground: Typically 1-5 business days transit time, depending on your location relative to Indiana.

Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Next Day) are available at checkout for an additional fee if you need your Glock 19 trigger upgrade or single stage trigger urgently.

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

As a licensed firearms parts dealer, we adhere strictly to all federal, state, and local regulations.

Firearms Parts: Triggers, connectors, springs, and other internal components ship directly to your door. No FFL required.
Restricted Items: Certain items, such as a Glock switch or binary trigger, are heavily regulated under the NFA. These items cannot be shipped directly and require a Form 4 transfer through a licensed SOT dealer. Product listings will clearly state these requirements.
State/Local Bans: We cannot ship any item to jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws regarding custom Glock trigger components or magazine restrictions.

Order Accuracy & Address Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure your best Glock trigger upgrade or tactical trigger for Glock reaches you, we verify all shipping addresses against USPS databases. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. Address corrections or changes may result in shipping delays and additional fees.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses for active military personnel.

Tracking Your Order

Your order confirmation email will contain your tracking link once the package is scanned by the carrier. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, shipping issues can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. Then, contact us with your order number and details. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

For lost packages, carriers typically require an investigation period before declaring a package lost. We will assist you in initiating a trace with the carrier.
