These terms govern all purchases and interactions with Blythe Sports Shop, located at 2810 Calumet Ave #2606, Valparaiso, IN 46383. By ordering our products, including Glock triggers, AR-15 triggers, and other tactical firearms accessories, you agree to these conditions.

1. Product Information & Compliance

Blythe Sports Shop sells firearms components and accessories to customers who comply with all federal, state, and local laws. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that any item, such as a drop-in trigger, binary trigger, or Glock connector, is legal to purchase, possess, and install in their jurisdiction. We do not sell items classified as machine guns or Glock switches (auto sears). All references to trigger function are for legally compliant components only.

Product descriptions, including specifications for Glock trigger pull weight or the design of an AR-15 flat trigger, are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product details.

2. Orders, Payment, & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We require a valid government-issued photo ID for all firearms-related purchases. Payment is collected at the time of order.

Shipping is to the contiguous United States only. Firearms frames, receivers, and certain other items must ship to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. You are responsible for providing correct shipping information and any associated FFL transfer fees. Trigger components like a Glock performance trigger or lightweight AR trigger typically ship directly to your door where legal.

3. Returns, Warranty, & Liability

Return Policy: Uninstalled, new items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Installed items, including any aftermarket Glock trigger or custom Glock trigger, are generally not returnable due to safety and fitment concerns. All sales on ammunition, special orders, and clearance items are final.

Warranty: Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Blythe Sports Shop acts as a facilitator for warranty claims. We are not liable for any damages arising from product installation, misuse, or modification. Instructions on how to install a Glock trigger are provided by manufacturers; professional gunsmithing is recommended.

4. User Responsibilities & Safety

Purchasing a Glock 19 trigger upgrade or the best competition trigger for Glock implies you understand these are precision components. Installation alters your firearm’s mechanics. You assume all responsibility for:

• Ensuring the component is compatible with your specific firearm model (e.g., Glock 43X trigger compatibility).
• Proper installation by a qualified individual.
• Post-installation function testing in a safe environment.
• Adhering to all firearm safety rules. A modified trigger does not replace safe handling practices.

Blythe Sports Shop is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or legal violations resulting from product use.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on our site, including product images, descriptions, and articles detailing the best Glock trigger upgrade options or comparing a single stage trigger to other designs, is our property. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Porter County, IN.
